Affiliate Disclosure

Last Updated: January 2026

Map Films Co NZ ("mapfilms.co.nz", "we", "us", or "our") is an independent gambling information website. This Affiliate Disclosure explains our relationship with third-party casino operators and advertising partners featured across our site.

Affiliate Commissions

mapfilms.co.nz is a free-to-use resource. To keep our content free for readers, we may receive financial compensation when you click on links to online casinos, sportsbooks, or gambling-related products featured on this website and subsequently register an account or make a deposit. This compensation takes the form of an affiliate commission, referral fee, or other performance-based payment model negotiated directly with each operator or through a third-party affiliate network.

You will never pay more for using one of our affiliate links compared to visiting a casino operator's website directly. In some cases, our links may activate exclusive bonuses or promotional offers that are not available through other channels.

Editorial Independence & Integrity

We take our editorial independence seriously. While affiliate partnerships generate revenue that supports the operation of this website, advertiser relationships and commission rates do not influence our editorial rankings, review scores, or editorial opinions in any way.

Our casino reviews are the product of our own independent research, testing, and analysis. Our editorial team evaluates each operator against a consistent set of criteria, including but not limited to:

Licensing and regulatory compliance (including the New Zealand Gambling Act 2003 framework for offshore operators)
Game variety and software quality
Payment processing speed and available banking methods for NZ players
Bonuses and promotional terms
Customer support responsiveness
Responsible gambling tools and player protection measures
Mobile compatibility and user experience

Rankings may be updated periodically as new information becomes available or as operators change their offerings. A high-paying affiliate partner will not receive preferential treatment in our editorial content, and conversely, a lower-paying or non-affiliate operator will not be disadvantaged in our rankings solely for financial reasons.

How to Identify Affiliate Links

For transparency, we identify affiliate and sponsored links in the following ways:

Visual labels: Buttons and links that are part of an affiliate arrangement may be marked with labels such as "Visit Site," "Claim Bonus," "Play Now," or may display a small asterisk (*), dagger (†), or other symbol indicating a commercial relationship.
Inline disclosures: Where an affiliate link appears in editorial text, we aim to include a nearby disclosure statement or use a distinguishing visual style to indicate the commercial nature of the link.
Comparative tables: Casino comparison tables on this site contain affiliate links. We disclose this fact directly above or below these tables.
Sponsored content: Any content that has been paid for or commissioned directly by an advertiser will be clearly labelled as "Sponsored," "Advertisement Feature," or "Promoted" at the top of the article or page.

If you are ever unsure whether a link on this website is an affiliate link, please assume that it is. Your use of any outbound link does not affect the price you pay, if you decide to make a purchase.

This website operates in and serves readers primarily located in New Zealand. We aim to comply with all applicable New Zealand laws and advertising standards, including:
